I will say they make a pre-home and that’s about it had a horrible experience for closing with them. They told me how to use their lender. I just found out that against the law you’re allowed to use any lender in the state Of Texas just google it they told me it was nonnegotiable. I didn’t get any concessions for using your lender. terrible experience with Westin. I would strongly caution anyone interested in a Westin home to think twice, and look at other builders. From beginning to end, there was constant confusion, a constant feeling of not being treated fairly, some interesting pricing/pressure tactics, and serious miscommunications (or a lack of communication altogether).They robbed myself and my family of what should have been a fun and happy experience. We had a very disappointing experience working with Westin Homes and would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution. Throughout our transaction, we encountered multiple inconsistencies and shifting requirements—specifically regarding the earnest money deposit. Policies were introduced after the fact that were not outlined in the purchase agreement or disclosed upfront.
