Horrible communication, management and HR were not on the same page - took an entire day to answer 1 simple question. Gave us a lease and everything, but never told us that someone had already paid for the property days prior.

By far the worst management I have ever dealt with. Incredibly unprofessional with poor communication. The broker brought her kid with her for the viewing, and the basement was “off limits”. My friends and I filled out applications and were asked to complete a borderline intrusive background check. After doing so, we were told to choose a time to complete an interview (again, intrusive?). Westin Management - An Absolute Trash ⭐ 0/5 Stars Westin Management is by far the worst property management company I’ve ever encountered. Their unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for tenants’ rights made renting from them an absolute nightmare. When we moved out, we left the apartment in pristine condition—fridge, toilet, oven, kitchen sink, all thoroughly cleaned, with video evidence to prove it. Westin management bout the building I've been living in for almost 4 years. They harrass j every month for rent and threaten evictioneven after you've paid them. Got a a notice feb 11th 2025 (dated for Feb 3rd 2025) stating my month to month lease will be terminated. My lease is not up until June 30th 2025. The notice states I have to be out before or on may31st. We did not go to court to address this, so that notice is not acceptable. I also have put money orders in lockbox in January that has not been accounted for still. ... read more
