This Brampton store has a good selection of product and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. My wife and I were particularly impressed by salesman Gordy B, who went above and beyond our expectations to obtain our desired wheelchair on an urgent basis. Not only did Gordy thoroughly explain the functions and features of the products, he went so far as to personally drive to their warehouse to pickup our order on an expedited basis . Thank you!!
EDIT ***I was phoned and confronted about making a critical google review. The lady was rude to me, and tried to lie to me and convince me that they reached out to me regarding the order status and delays, which they most certainly did not.*** Online customer service didn't include me, the actual customer! I purchased online, and was given no option to provide my email address separate from the billing details. I emailed them asking to be included in the process twice. Customer service doesn't include the actual customer! I purchased online, and was given no option to provide my email address at all. I emailed asking to be included in the process twice. The first time, I was simply told to keep waiting. I waited until the quoted arrival date passed. The second time I did not even receive a response. I phoned in for the third time, and was told that there were EXPECTED delays due to the order being a custom size. I was not informed of this at any point.
