I have been parking here for 3 years now but the parking has very poor customer support. The on premise staff ensures they are completely useless and donot help with any issues. For any access card issues, you have to follow up offline or worse, visit their office 2 blocks down. And i have had an access card issue every 6 months. The staff is rude to customers and patrons and does not bother helping them for any property related issues. Easy access from the freeway, coming from Olympia. Easy walk to Jazz Alley, which validates parking. Fairly clean and friendly attendant.
