Much better than yesterday. The tech they sent back out found the issue left behind and was out the door - Everything fixed and me smiling. No more trying to sleep in 89 degree house. And Ashley, you still should send frustrated customers to your manager. :)
They are very courteous ,.come within the specified time, and are very knowledgeable.
Friendly and didligent!
