Through word of mouth I was given Luke’s contact information and I am glad I did. From the word go I was given options and Luke listened and worked with me. His staff was on time, courtesy, explained any questions I had and cleaned up after themselves (a rarity these days). I couldn’t be happier and If ever I need air con or heating works, Luke would be my only call.

Luke bent over backwards to fit our job in while my husband was in the ICU, his young guy came out to do the supply and installation of a Split System the very next day and he did a terrific job, professional and efficient it was truly outstanding service. And reasonably priced, we are very happy. Highly recommend without hesitation. Thanks Luke and team!
Our job was out of the normal scope of service and installation. Being in an old apartment with solid plaster walls meant Luke had to reinvent the wheel. He married a new ducted heating system with old ducts and it all works very effectively. Punctual and service delivery with a smile is Westies motto We can highly recommend Westies Air Con and Gas Heating.
Had Luke and his team remove my aircon for a renovation. They were the only ones who took the time to discuss possible relocation options with me. The unit has now been reinstalled, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. Great bunch of guys – highly recommend!"
