Had a reservation for Mach *****, arrived on the evening of the 18th to find out that the room had a leak and couldn't stay there (no communication of this throughout the day). It is now April 1 and *still* trying to get the refund I was promised. Have tried to call front desk, customer service, accounting, emailed the email address on the accounting voice message (immediate bounceback) and the website (no reply).
