Had issue at beginning. But they ended up coming thru and made everything right in the end. And I left work item in old car and they ended up getting it before it was tossed and delivered it. Very professional and helpful.
Trevor was friendly and efficient. He made us feel at home and worked extra hard to work through a tech problem we had with my phone. Thanks for a very positive experience getting our new car. We love it.

West Herr service tech scanned my truck, in for a repair I requested, and did not recommend the repair due to the truck part operating on the scanner properly. They advised me and I am using my truck and monitoring its functions. I was not charged by the Service Dept. I am completely satisfied with West Herr as they saw me as a person on a budget, not an opportunity to Enrich themselves. I am recommending West Herr to others and I appreciate their efforts on my behalf.
