I went in knowing what I wanted and what I roughly wanted to pay. Shane was a TREMENDOUS help and listened to all my silly concerns and kept running numbers at any concern I brought up. He also put up with my whole family tagging along (which is a small feat in itself) even when he was with another customer he kept us informed and joked around and made the entire thing very welcoming.
