Not a local company. Hiden fees. No customer service. We were promised "government" subsidies that didnt exist. They forgot to connect the panels to the breakers, my system sat idle for the first 11 months it was installed. Took dailly calls for 6 months to the company to have them check, they finally figured it out and tryed to blame us for their work, then charged us to fix it. Also we were charged for recall work on our micro inverters. Not at all happy. I want this junk off my roof.

This company is no longer located in Arcata though they still have a local number and address. After 30 days of back and forth I was told I would be charged a travel fee of $3400 dollars. Initially he wouldn’t tell me how much. When he did finally send me an estimate it was for the $3400. Save your hard earned money and time by calling a different company.

I would not choose this company again. We contracted with them to install a whole-house battery system and the job did not begin until several weeks after it was promised. Once the work began, the crew repeatedly arrived without the correct parts and equipment, and a job that was supposed to have taken a couple of days has now lasted almost two weeks and is still not completed. The crew has been professional and courteous, but the company organization leaves a lot to be desired.
