It has never once worked correctly and still doesn't. The customer service at the office is not helpful at all even downright rude. Even if the system was fully operational, it does not and will not perform the functions it was purchased to do. The time-consuming work and unsafe conditions of construction were appalling. BEWARE SCAMMERS- They will sell you a Tesla battery with the promise of a PGE rebate but then renege and say you don't qualify- promised rebate went from $11k to $2,320 after a year and a half of following up. I would not have purchased the battery if I wasn't promised the rebate. They deny their salesperson, no longer there, said anything and then they point out small print in the contract that I don't believe was there when signed.
