Lived here for about 5 years. Among the worst apartment complexes ive ever lived at. Management team is not great.. Maintenance team great.
I lived here for a year in 2023-2024. Biggest pro for me was the maintenance team, they were very responsive to any tickets I submitted and did a good job trying to solve the issue. Good location and price for Zionsville and lots of restaurants and stores on Whitestown parkway which is a plus. The biggest con for me was the apartment gym was small and didn’t have much equipment and at the time I lived here there were no other gyms nearby.
I transferred to a larger unit at Westhaven Apartments in October 2024. I was clearly told by the leasing office that my lease end date (originally August 2025) would stay the same. Trusting their word, I moved in — but only when I submitted my move-out notice recently did I find out they had changed my lease to end in December 2025, without my knowledge.
