The office staff was very helpful, friendly, efficient and understanding. Maintenance arrived as soon as you call. Westhaven Luxury Apartments is a great place to call home. Located in a beautiful quiet, safe, diverse location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a quality affordable experience. I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled after the amazing experience I had at Westhaven! I lived here for 4.5 years. When I first moved here from out of state, they made my move in process so simple for me. Everything was able to be done electronically and they left my keys in a lock box since i was arriving after hours. I had no issues during my residency. Urgent!!! Please Read!! This apartment complex employees, Office staff, and even their tenants do not accept people of color. They treat people of color worse than white tenants and this is illegal housing discrimination. So please be aware that everyone in this whole apartment complex is racist and they have no problem letting you know that they don’t accept people of color there!
