The room #209 we stayed in was filthy. There was an old bar of soap as well as 1/4 inch of soap scum and dirt caked and dried on the window sill in the shower and the walls were sticky. The floors had body hairs in the corners and the carpeting was stained and sticky. They claimed there wasn't a different room to put us in and they refused to refund our money. It would be cleaner to sleep in a cow pasture.
