Went under contract in 2021 and STILL waiting for the clubhouse to be built. It looks like they’re preparing for another phase and I don’t understand why the clubhouse hasn’t begun. Make sure you are detailed during your closing walks and be prepared for items to take months to resolve. It’s almost been a year for us and I wish we weren’t as trusting.
You can't beat the location. I would rent first to see how you feel about the actual units before making a purchase. There is no clubhouse yet and they are in the process of rolling out more units so there will be some construction going on. You are basically paying for the location and not the actual homes. The workmanship is on par with other builders so don't let the Toll Brothers brand reel you in. If you buy or rent a unit try to get the issues resolved before closing or signing a lease. Good luck.
