I needed medication renewal. I have been Dr. Aponte’s patient for years. He’s a great diagnostician with wonderful communication skills. Unfortunately he had no available appointments in my time frame. I sat in the packed waiting room for 35 minutes past my appointment time. When I get into a room a lovely nurse does my intake and leaves. An absolute waste of time. This clinic scheduled my husband’s appointment for 9:30 a.m., yet had him waiting for over an hour while rotating between nurses, students, and different doctors. The entire purpose of the visit was a simple blood test, and after all that waiting, they refused to perform it. Completely disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful of patients’ time. An absolute joke of a clinic. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. Dr he was seeing is Dr Wasim.
I went to have a measured report fixed and the girl who was there grabbed the other form they sent me and only made a line at the bottom and they sent me blank she didn't even want to put the stamp on me
I’ve been receiving osteopathic treatments for my lower back and they have helped a great deal. Top notch, caring, knowledgeable & friendly physicians - Dr. Van Arsdale, Dr. Trammel, Dr. Yazzalino, Dr. Barnard - have all been effective in treating me. It’s great when they come in with student doctors because they explain so much about your condition and it’s interesting to hear. The reception desk and assistants/nurses have all been professional and kind. Highly recommend WH Primary Care.
