I scheduled an appointment more than two months ago for severe sciatica. Anyone who has dealt with nerve pain knows this isn’t something you casually wait months to address. Yesterday I confirmed the appointment online. Today, the day of the appointment, the office called to inform me that the doctor is on vacation for the entire month of March. I am not someone who is confrontational or who writes negative reviews, but I would hate for anyone else to go through what I experienced. I came in after having a fever for almost a week. Although the staff were pleasant, communication at this center was consistently poor both over the phone and in person. It took twenty minutes to make an appointment because the staff struggled with their online system, and when I arrived, no one had told me I needed to wait in my car, so I was sent back outside after checking in. I usually see Dr Aponte who is amazing. Today I saw Dr Laurel. Wow!! My back has been in a spasm with numbness and a rash for 2 weeks! She diagnosed it immediately ( shingles ) and did a few magic pressure things and recommended some at home stretches and home adjustments with my couch. Wow! I feel 100% better!!!! I recommend her 1000%

If I could give zero stars, I would! This is the WORST doctors office, I mean the worst. I called to refill prescriptions, they said they would (they didn't) so I called back 10 times, no answer! Inefficient and careless staff, you get a different doctor every time :) If that sounds like something you're interested in, Westhampton Primary Care is for you!
