Big low-rise apartment with 3 floors. The floor plan for a 970sqft unit is good and very spacious. Good for renting, but think twice if you're looking to buy a unit. The hot tub room is never opened. The gym is a carpeted room that with smells with some weight machines and nothing for cardio. The building manager is hard to reach. He doesn't really return your call.
