don't go to this medicentre...I went there 12 o'clock i waited 3 hours nothing happen...don't go to this medicentre...its a waste of time specially the works in front no good pls don't go...go another medicentre....
Dr. Gritter was all that impressed me with this clinic. If you phone for an appointment, they are unlikely to answer. Twice I had to go directly to get an appointment. On the first scheduled appointment I waited in the walk-in que for over 3 hours, today I waited an hour and a half and left disappointed.. To me this just disrespect .. Why book us in, if you have absolutely no intention to follow through..
Sorry to say, as a fellow healthcare worker, but one of the receptionists here sucks. I understand that mistakes can happen but atleast be responsible enough to mitigate it. Patients already came early to cue up as walk-in appointments at 9am but the receptionist seemed like she completely forgot about the cue numbers halfway through and shifted over to checking in other patients who just walked in without a cue number. Dr. Gritter has been our family doctor for a couple of decades or more, and he's been a god send. I'm not sure what I'll do if he retires before I go. Also, the young Filipino lady on the reception has also been very patient with me and super accommodating. Today, I was very ill and managed to see the doctor, even though he was fully booked. Top shelf!
