The doctors are very good for the most part. My only issue with westgrove is I’ve been going here for years and just in the last two years I’ve found the front desk staff isn’t the most welcoming. It makes it harder for someone like me to WANT to call the doctor. But my second issue is over the past year I’ve needed to see a doctor for minor things but things I need dealt with right away and my doctor is booked up for MONTHS. I had a good experience during the time I was pregnant a few years later I was diagnosed with a neurological condition and went to see my FD and she said “I’m not a neurosurgeon, what do you want me to do?” Maybe a care plan? Pain management plan? More referrals? Was extremely ignorant.
Receptionist was extremely rude when trying to make an appointment with a maternity doctor. She was very reluctant to accept me as a patient, she said my schedule was “impossible to work with”. Very unfortunate when the front staff are so rude and unwelcoming since I heard the doctors there are great. I’d rather go somewhere else where the receptionist actually enjoys and deserves her job.
