Was referred to this clinic via my family doctor for a vasectomy. Dr Laidlaw was friendly , professional , caring and gentle in all aspects of the procedure. Fast forward 6 months and I have zero complications and the procedure was successful. Highly recommend Dr Laidlaw to any man looking to have this procedure done.
Impossible to call clinic. Be prepared to drive over! Tells you to press one then repeats the same massage!!
I have been going to this clinic since it opened, followed my doctor there from another building. I must say, it's been fantastic! Yesterday I phoned at 830am and was able to see the doctor, get blood work & and x-ray all done within 1.5 hours! WOW! This is what health care should be like and thank you so much for providing that. ❤️
This clinic is very busy and always booked. My doctor is supposed to be Dr.Penrod, but she is always booked and next appointments are 2 months away!! When I asked for options to get a closer appointment time, the receptionist said to call every morning at 8:30 to check for cancellations. I had already done that, but had to hang up after 10 minutes on hold with no answer as I work in a school and first thing in the morning is not a good time. I have been going to this office for my entirety of needing a doctor. My doctor is great, but the ladies who run the phone and are at the front desk are very rude as well as not only on the phone but when you go in person to the clinic.
