This clinic is very busy and always booked. My doctor is supposed to be Dr.Penrod, but she is always booked and next appointments are 2 months away!! When I asked for options to get a closer appointment time, the receptionist said to call every morning at 8:30 to check for cancellations. I had already done that, but had to hang up after 10 minutes on hold with no answer as I work in a school and first thing in the morning is not a good time. I have been going to this office for my entirety of needing a doctor. My doctor is great, but the ladies who run the phone and are at the front desk are very rude as well as not only on the phone but when you go in person to the clinic.

Based on my personal experience, I was very disappointed with my care at Westgrove Clinic under Dr. Janmohammad. Over a period of years, I felt that my concerns were not fully explored and that my symptoms were repeatedly attributed to the same causes despite ongoing issues and multiple emergency visits. I also felt that alternative explanations and possible medication side effects were not seriously considered when I raised them. We have been coming here for a couple years now and I received excellent pregnancy care and post natal with my baby. Every Doctor and Nurse I have seen has been amazing, especially Dr. Rice and Dr. Penrod. She is so caring and attentive and I am so happy that I get to see her. Thanks everyone!!
