Filled in my information on General Lab Requisition and Prenatal Testing forms so badly I won't dare hand it in to any laboratory in order to avoid inconsistent results and information on my health records. Impossible to book with this place, 3 appointments in a row declined. Not sure why you have to book a walk-in appointment in the first place!
These days, being able to find a doctor in Alberta is a rarity and I feel extremely blessed to have such an awesome family doctor that I've had for years. Have there been days I can't get an appointment the same day? Of course. Sometimes my Doctor isn't available for weeks. Do I wish Queen Street Medical still had a walk in clinic? Of course.
