Fantastic spa in a beautiful setting Westglow spa ranks number 1 on my spa list! They have outstanding spa packages, yummy poolside spa dining, very courteous and professional staff, and an incredible view from the reclining room. Blowing Rock is one of our favorite places to go and we will continue to go to Westglow each time.
HIGH class spa No pun intended but this beautiful, antebellum mansion sits HIGH atop a green mountain side with spectacular long range views. The spa itself is world class and the prices reflect it...however, the results are worth it as you feel truly pampered and expertly massaged.
