Since CSSHOA took over from Parker Brown, I’ve noticed some great improvements in the community. While HOA dues have increased slightly, it’s reassuring to know they’re being put toward essential upgrades like water main repairs and repaving the parking lot. It’s clear they are prioritizing long-term improvements that will enhance property values and the overall living experience. Neighbors in majority are friendly. The Apartment 27 has lots of trash. The man living there is a very rude person lacking of respect for people around. He is accumulating trash outside and inside his apartment. In general you can perceive a bad smell coming from that apartment from a considerable distance. Poor management that can’t control or handle situations like this.
Since the HOA Parker Brown merged with this new CSSHOA company everything has gone downhill. At the start of the year they raised monthly dues by $80, now one bedrooms are at $280 a month and two bedrooms are at $325 a month. The first two months were a complete joke, they could not figure out how to withdraw the funds from January so double charged in February; almost $600 in fees.
