Dr. Hartman is exceptional! I feel very fortunate to have had him support me with nursing, both when my baby was only days old, and again at 10 months. Nursing concerns are a big deal, and can really compound the fatigue and transition into motherhood. His extensive lactation knowledge helped greatly to make feedings less stressful/painful, which created space for special bonding time with my baby. My experience with “Dr. Tim Cran” was so shocking and profoundly disappointing. Honestly blows my mind how he even is considered a doctor. I have been to this clinic twice for urgent issues when I couldn't get an appointment with my regular family doctor, so I had to settle for him and both visits were equally terrible. In both instances, the doctor demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and was extremely unprofessional. Dr. Jill Dewar was very understanding thoughtout the entire visit. She did not rushed and took the time to go through necessary information. Would definitely highly recommend her and glad she is part of the team at Westglen center.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hartman. From my very first appointment, he has been such a supportive, caring, and compassionate presence. He truly goes above and beyond — taking time out of his day not just to check on how feeding is going, but to genuinely ask how I’m doing, too. Disgusting and rude behavior from the front desk staff. I asked again about the date of my next doctor's appointment, to which the girl at the reception desk responded rudely and unhappily, chewing gum and listening to music on her headphones. Is this how front desk staff should communicate with customers?
