Dr. Koeppel is an excellent physician. I've been seeing him for a couple of years now. He listens well/is attentive and is also good at explaining things. I can tell he really knows what he's doing, and is clearly very knowledgeable. I've seen some complaints about the office staff on the reviews here, but I don't understand that. I haven't had any problems with them. They've done a great job for me and have been efficient. I plan to keep coming here!
My primary care physician retried after seeing him for over 14 years. I called Westglen by referral from another physician of mine, and they are truly amazing. I saw Eileen, and she understands what is going on with me and how to treat it. From check in to leaving, everyone was wonderful. I was super nervous about getting a new primary care physician, but these wonderful people made it a great experience. Thank you, again, for all you do.
Called to set up an appoitment with DR Koeppel as a first time patient and the office staff was very un-inviting as if i was interupting them. The guy i spoke with made the comment that he had lots of questions to ask me before scheduling an appointment so he doesnt waste his time. Who the heck says that? It worries me coming here to be treated, if they have the face of the facility talking and treating patients like this? After all the patients aford them the ability to pay their bills? Dr.Koeppel is an excellent doctor and he really cares about his patients!!!.. He works into the evening hours to help his patients, he has called me after hours, and also went out of his way to wait for me when I was having an emergency and they were closed !!.. he’s the best!!.. smart , caring, very nice person!can’t say enough good things about him!!… five stars plus!..😀 I recommend him highly!..
