Ryan did the job for us. Was on time, great job very professional. The company gave me an installation date a week before, then rang me with an installation time the day before. Would recommend this company. Thanks also to Clayton.
unable to accommodate available hours, which meant I had to take time off work. They confirmed my booking time multiple times, including the day before the appointment. On the scheduled day, I took unpaid leave to be available, but nobody arrived. When I contacted them, I was told that, despite there still being two hours left in the business day, their installer had already packed up and was preparing for the next day’s job. There has been no resolution, compensation, or follow-up since.
