Not a fan of the updated units that are smaller and had the jacuzzi removed
Bathroom Ceiling leaked we found three cockroaches. Wi-Fi is terrible. Service is horrible. Never have enough towels, pillows and blankets. The units are dirty and very outdated also are air conditioner never got below 78° it was very warm and uncomfortable. The dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes the outdoor grills don’t ever work. There way under staffed and might be to big for there own good they need a lot of improvement to be worth the money and maintenance fees that they charge please really think it through it’s not w... read more
Building FFF rooms are dated and wifi is bad. Need a mobile Hotspot if you plan on working remotely from there. Location and resort amenities are excellent.
