Awful service! I haven’t been to the doctors in nearly 4 years, and when I do actually have a problem, they won’t see me. I called 111 and they told me I had to see my GP within the hour, and yet still they wouldn’t give me an appointment. The 111 service had sent two separate referrals through to them to see me within an hour, I’m still waiting 5 hours later, not even got an appointment, just a phone call which they reluctantly offered me. Bad...chance to see doctor is same as to win lottery
It’s a shame the owners surely are aware of all these reviews and patients being neglected, rude staff and no client service, and they can’t even have the decency of replying to any of these awful reviews. The majority are 1 star and I’m sure it would be 0 if there was such option, but they can’t even look out for their patients’ concerns. They are aware it’s an awful practice and don’t even care at all. I was calling since 08:57 am I was in row number 12 when I got to 1 you cut off my call and it was like it was full again and I couldn't join the call worse gp disgusting
When this practice was run by Dr Morgan it was the best in the city. Since he retired and the practice moved in to Boots it has been downhill all the way. I am reluctant to give 1 star. Perfect example of our NHS being run as a business.
