Once again Tony and the crew came to my rescue. Noticed my sticker had expired. Stopped in to make an appointment and ended up getting right in and left with a new sticker. I can't thank them enough. They are always willing to squeeze me in. Thank you Westgate Team! Tony is great! He is honest, doesn't try to over sell and is always willing to work with you. He has squeezed me in more than once last minute.
Highly recommend Westgate Service. They always do their best to get me in for service asap. Tony goes out of his way to provide excellent service. They are trust worthy and dependable. A very welcoming atmosphere 😊. T Cerbone
Dude wouldn’t even fix my car, said it wasn’t roadworthy because of a small broken window in the back and a missing door handle. I told him the issues that I wanted fixed and I don’t even think he really looked into the issues very much I’m pretty sure he just walked around my car and said yeah no, and then parked it. He did tell me that my tie rod and was very loose. But my other issues that I had with that he didn’t even look at. Don’t waste your time unless you have a brand new car.
If I could put no stars i would. Well I can't say that, the gentleman at the desk was very nice and seemed like he really wanted to help. Towed my vehicle here and was told it wouldn't start because my oil was low paid 130 dollars plus 100 dollar tow, reminding everyone that you can get an oil change on Broadway for 45 bucks. I had brought my car to this garage with an issue that at random times my car would not start. I had told the worker I’ve been told it could be the battery or starter but it would start from a jump. They did an estimate and I was told it needed a battery and a starter totaling $1032. I just had a baby and was going back to work a program was supposed to help with the cost of repairs, I had to select a garage on their list of trusted and approved garages.
