I had a pretty horrible experience with this realty group. The agent we worked with (nice lady but absolutely useless), screwed up the contract and instead of trying to work with us to fix it simply shrugged it off and told us to figure something out on our own. I tried to contact a supervisor to discuss possible solutions and also the lack of professionalism from our agent, but instead, the person who answered the main line (703.208.9997) and identified himself as Rick Humbrick, refused to put me through to a supervisor or ... read more
