DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM WESTGATE. Less than 48 hours after I bought my car from them the check engine light came on and Darien and Romeo said there is nothing they can do about it because the car is drivable. Almost a year later, the vehicle is not drivable, has over $3000 worth of repairs, and I owe way more than the car is worth. Sells people are great but the service department is the worst I have ever seen, very unprofessional.
Without a doubt, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was actually “pleasant” if you can believe it. Darien, our sales professional, was very patient, informed, personable, professional and really simplified some of the more technical terms that a middle aged woman may not be very familiar with lol.
