Used to be outstanding but now must rank as probably the worst doctors surgeries anywhere. The rudeness of the staff is beyond belief with the exception of maybe the nuring team who do their best. Had two telephone conversations to request some leg wraps but they kept sending the wrong ones so the pharmacist kindly wrote it down. So I visit the surgery to ask the receptionist to pass it through to the office and amazingly she point blankly refused to pas it through as she " doesn't do prescriptions " I could not catch my bre... read more
Always been so happy with this surgery, but the service is so disappointing now, reception staff are so rude! They have just hung up the line on me. I’m pretty sure you should be able to call a drs surgery to request an appointment as it says on the phone call select 1 for booking an appointment. I have just been told for my two year old daughter that I cannot book an appointment. I have to use a triage form and wait to hear for a response as to whether you can have an appointment but it may not be today! So I now have not g... read more
Having previously left a 4 Star review for this practice I have come back to amend it to 1 star, having surprisingly received a very threatening letter from them for daring to mildly question why they insisted I had to go to A&E for a simple sample on Wednesday, instead of doing this themselves. This practice is terrifyingly focused on their own image and not on how they can help patients. This is not how a GP practice should operate. Dr Claire Bennet you were amazing this morning thank you for listing and sorting me out . It’s hard to get appointments . I waited 2 weeks to see you but it was worth it . Your advice was excellent went home happy after a few weeks of not getting appointments and when you do it’s not the best . People get frustrated when on hold waiting to explain what’s wrong to be told go on line and fill in the form . I have given you 5 stars as you are what a doctor should be .
