I had a great experience when I bought my Mitsubishi Oulander hybrid EV 3 years ago. The vehicle is much roomier and less expensive than the Toyota and has been extremely reliable. The sales process was one of the least pressure sales of any vehicle I have ever purchased. Today I called and learned the first available service appointment is in 3 weeks. Every time I receive an email coupon from Mitsubishi I have always use them at Westgate Mitsubishi where I purchased my Outlander more than 10 years ago. This is the first time that the dealership refused to honor the $14.95 oil change coupon. It is also the first time that this dealership is charging a 3% credit card fee, which caught me by surprise during check out for the inspection.
