We’ve had our Car plate stolen / the maintenance man for the Trailer Park broke our window with his carelessness with a weed whacker aWe have it on camera. The Trailer Park Manager lied and said he did not and then in front of our face stated he did because he was present meanwhile it’s recorded she isn’t telling the truth. If you like your peace and are a person of integrity please don’t bother with the female manager known as Dawn hall. THE CORPORATE NUMBER WITH THE EXTENSION 12 is not VALID nor do they ever call back many residents believe Dawn hall the manager manipulates the system or deletes things to not hold herself accountable for corporate since no one can speak to them but herself. The Park is getting better thanks to Dawn the manager, she take care of everything and always with a smile on her face. Recreation areas are clean and well maintained.
Its a older mobile home park Dawn Hill is the manager and has done a great job with cleaning up and managing the park
