Some of the doctors are very rude and very unhelpful. No support for a basic injury or what to do next.
All staff excellent. Reception team helpful and responsive. Thanks to them and to Dr Thakur for looking after me the last year. Seen Dr Thakur a number of times and he was excellent. Investigated my symptoms and I didn't feel rushed in the consultation and felt heard. Hope my next GP is this good!
I was there recently and the staff where very helpful and friendly..the place is nice .thank you.
I find both the Dr's and reception staff to be excellent. In all my dealings with them I have found that my telephone appointments have been thorough and felt unrushed. Much better than my previous 2 GP services in other locations.
