Jody Root at Westgate Medical is a wonderful provider! She is very attentive, takes the time to listen to my concerns, and makes me feel heard and cared for. I appreciate her kindness and the care she puts into each visit. Having a provider you feel comfortable with and can trust makes such a difference. I highly recommend Jody to anyone looking for excellent primary care!
The nurse practitioners and office staff are so kind, professional, and just plain good at their jobs. They go above and beyond to provide wonderful care and wrangle those pesky insurance companies into paying what they're supposed to as well as helping to get them, the insurance companies, to authorize the treatments and specialists needed. Fantastic office!!! Love these guys!
Jody listens to your problems and finds a solution. She cares deeply for her patients. There’s no other office around that will accommodate to your available time like Jody. Way better than other places that take months to get seen at. 10/10 would recommend.
