I’ve been a patient for a long time at Westgate medical centre . Since I’ve been in the area . Lately the wait times at this clinic are getting ridiculous . This is the 2nd time in so many months, I’ve been made to wait , for excessive amounts of time to see a doctor . Even when having made a prior booking I’ve been sitting there for over an hour . Worst experience with receptionist Jess. Firstly she did not want to tell her name and mentioned that it’s her choice not to give name. She hanged up and I tried calling back again . She gave her name this time and denied that it wasn’t her on the call before. Asked for DR Sleemi Telehealth, she asked if you are a regular patients and I said yes, denied to give Telehealth. Yelled at me and instead accusing me that I yelled at her and threatened that calls are recorded. She hanged up again with outing assisting at all. Worst ... read more
I have been going to this clinic since I was a child, probably for about 20 years. I have never not once booked an appointment and actually been seen at that time. Every single time it’s an hour plus wait. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I would stop attending but dr Sina and Dr Kimmia are the most amazing drs I have ever seen. The psychologist Maryam is also wonderful. I do not understand why the wait is so atrociously long
Doctor said If the medication didn't work he would give me something else but then he refused. Find somewhere else
