My go too medical centre, staff is very understanding

I highly recommend Dr Manjula at west gate medical centre heaths road, Dr Manjula is caring, professional and takes the time to listen to any concerns. She explains the things very clearly and never makes you feel rushed l’ve noticed a lot of other people mentioning the same thing. And I have to agree, the reception staff are INCREDIBLY RUDE. I would’ve given this clinic 5 stars, but because of the RUDE reception staff, I have to give it a 3. But Dr Manjula deserves 5 stars.
I’m happy to give 5 stars to the doctors especially Dr. John Fotakis, Dr. Kimia Ahmadi, Dr. Sina and the reception staff at this GP clinic. The doctors are professional, caring, and take the time to listen, while the reception team is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent care and service. Highly recommended
I’ve been living in Melbourne for the past 8 years, and this is by far the best clinic I’ve ever visited. The level of care and professionalism is exceptional. Dr. Kimia and Reza are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and always take the time to listen and provide the best treatment. And the girls at reception is amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
