Service here was so lackluster, checked in I had. A bunch of questions about the recall my vehicle had and she brought out a list of extra things needed and said they parts person will give me a call or talk to me, never happened. Going home in the Lyft was a breeze but going back they choose the cheapest car type, picked up in 90+ weather in no AC, ok wasn’t their fault. But overall the whole experience was just lame, and I didn’t get done any of the things I needed, didn’t even fin out anything about the car wash at least
They sold me a lemon
Bought both of our brand new kia Sorentos here, radio went out on one of them. We can't reset it own our own, have to leave it at the dealer which doesn't make since at all. They said I could leave it with them today, but said they couldn't guarantee they could fix it. All this high tech in the xline, it should be as easy as updating phone. This is not user friendly at all. Will not be buying another kia. Haven't had radio for 6 months
Great experience! I came for one thing and there were no issues whatsoever. They did let me know about something I was aware of, very nice service advisor!
