Very sympathetic personnel at spare part department
Had a great experience with the service department at Westgate Honda. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done quickly, and you can tell they hold themselves to a high standard. Always fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!
Talk about unreasonable hospitality! This was hands down the best service I’ve ever had. After getting a flat tire, I had CAA come out (who were also amazing!) and brought my car to Westgate Honda. Despite the short notice, they fit me in within a few days (my schedule didn’t allow me to go in the next day) and had my tire patched and replaced within a couple of hours—I was expecting it to take until the next day!
