I called to schedule an appointment, and the person I spoke with was unprofessional from the start. They mispronounced my name, restated my birthdate incorrectly twice before getting it right, and giggled about it. During the call, I explained that I might need to cancel depending on another scheduling conflict and would call back later to confirm.
