Bring yourself your own ((Fix)) which is a diagnostic tool that would give you a read out if the vehicle has an issue. It’s been advertise on a social media and it’s on sale right now. i want to preface by saying that i didn't have a bad experience with the dealership or service department. they were professional and transparent and i was satisfied with the service of the customer facing staff. however, there are a few things after the service that are bothering me. i have a lease for a '23 Grand Cherokee 4xe. i went in for a routine oil change and added on air filters, as well as 3 recalls on the car that included something with the hybrid battery. they needed the car over the weekend to perform all the s... read more
