This is the worst jeep dealership I've ever dealt with. I've been here twice for oil change tire rotation. Both times the service people are very rude and act like they hate their jobs. I made an appointment for 8am and asked specifically how long it would take. They told me no more than an hour. At 9am I go to check on status and told 30-45 minute's longer. I NEVER write reviews... however, my 1st experience at this place was that bad!! In summary, future customers beware. I certainly won't be going back. #overpriced, #poor communication and customer service on services and prices, #painfully slow service and no urgency on the customer's behalf, #overall... unprofessional. I can't thank Nick and the guys enough. I live in my RV van, and had some major work done. They did their best to get me back on the road. I stayed local for a bit because I had some questions. Nick saw me immediately, the tech checked on my concerns and they explained a lot to me. Being a senior woman, they treated me with great respect and didn't make me feel bad asking questions. I have family and friends in the area, I will definitely recommend.
