The team at Westgate in the service and parts department across the board into sales is absolutely amazing! I would recommend them to anybody for your service and sales needs
This may be the worst service department I've been to. Their service center folks are friendly, but don't know a lot about what they are doing. Their technicians/mechanics are clueless. I brought in a 2021 Jeep GC L with 50k miles for a routine service (I bought the car here too), was told that I needed to have a full exhaust system change and 2 cat converters replaced (surprise) - which luckily was covered by warranty. On November 11, 2025, I paid Westgate Dodge to order a weather stripping part for my 2021 Ram 1500 Limited. Simple enough, right? They said they'd call when it arrived. They never called. Two months passed — nothing. I called on January 21, 2026, and was casually informed that my part had been given to another customer. No apology. No proactive outreach. They'd just reorder it. I can't with them
They sold a Jeep to my child. Transmission and axels are bad. They have had it since October 2025 and still not fixed. She would have to tow it to get out of their subpar shop The parts department is a joke. Ahmad should not be communicating with anyone. How do you sell a vehicle that was about to implode on itself? Save your sanity and go anywhere else. She purchased this car in June 2025.
