They sold a Jeep to my child. Transmission and axels are bad. They have had it since October 2025 and still not fixed. She would have to tow it to get out of their subpar shop The parts department is a joke. Ahmad should not be communicating with anyone. How do you sell a vehicle that was about to implode on itself? Great experience! I decided to try Westgate when the dealership where I purchased my Wrangler couldn’t resolve my wheel shaking after 2 followup trips to the fix again. From my initial phone call to schedule the serv appt I realized Westgate should’ve been my go to from day 1. This is the worst jeep dealership I've ever dealt with. I've been here twice for oil change tire rotation. Both times the service people are very rude and act like they hate their jobs. I made an appointment for 8am and asked specifically how long it would take. They told me no more than an hour. At 9am I go to check on status and told 30-45 minute's longer. I NEVER write reviews... however, my 1st experience at this place was that bad!! In summary, future customers beware. I certainly won't be going back. #overpriced, #poor communication and customer service on services and prices, #painfully slow service and no urgency on the customer's behalf, #overall... unprofessional.
