Sorry service and sales. Used a 10000 dollar used car bought less than 60 days ago and took it to an independent auto shop to find out it needs 6000 in repairs. Never will I do business with them again. Highly recommend no one do business with these people
I wouldnt take your vehicle here to be fixed. I cant imagine purchasing from them either. My truck which is a ram will have been there over a month in a few days. The communication is not very good here on the service center side. If you purchase a vehicle here and have issues with the vehicle, I dont imagine you will have a better experience than this for getting any work done. When I can get in contact with anyone in the service center they are very professional but very vauge.
Westgate of Burgaw did a fantastic job securing a vehicle and appropriate pricing for us that matched our budget. No run around, no back and forth. Just straightforward, excellent customer service!
