Had a great experience buying a new Chevy from Westgate of Burgaw. Aaron was great to work with , John the sales manager was pleasant and fair during negotiations, and K finance was awesome and not pushy. A+ all around
My daughter recently purchased her first “newer” car. She had little to no experience in the process but these guys went above and beyond to help her get into a vehicle she liked and fit her budget without confusion or pressure. What impressed me most was, we went back after 30 days to pick up the tags they remembered her and asked questions that were relevant to her situation with the car, minor to some but indicator of great customer service for me!
Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had by far
I would like to thank the Senior floor manager Bryant Crosson and finance manager Cameron Moore for the superior service I received in the purchase of my new 2025 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 Trail Boss. They don't try to BS you and sell you things you don't want or need like other dealerships I have done business with in the past.
