Pristine, yet, not fun. Cafe & bar close at 3PM. Guard needed at gate and doors locked 24/7 because area not as safe as most resorts near theme parks. Families need to drive for evening meals and entertainment even if across the street. I saw no smiles or laughs from guests.
I sincerely enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and I cannot recall the last time I had such a genuinely pleasant hotel experience. Every detail was impeccable—spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were consistently courteous, friendly, and highly professional, which made my stay especially comfortable. I would gladly and confidently recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Orlando, Florida.

After, I drove for 20 hours and 30 minutes to get to this hotel, arriving around 7 o'clock. After a long journey, I was relieved to finally get there. The staff handed me the keys and asked me to sign a pet policy. While reviewing it, I noticed a breed restriction that I wasn’t aware of—apparently, my dog’s breed is not allowed to stay in the hotel.
