We have owned a deeded floating week (Contract #70553 / #91324) at Blue Tree Resort at Lake Buena Vista since 1995, and it has been an absolute nightmare. We were initially enticed with a free stay offer in the mail, but after paying $5,450, we quickly learned how restrictive and non-beneficial this contract actually was. Despite never using it, maintenance fees, reserve charges, and property taxes have continually ballooned—increasing from $520 up to $667.51+ per year.
