Whoever is replying back to every negative review about this dump I'm sure they are exhausted by now. Just stop it, get new management in there asap cause she is a slum lord for real. For 6 months I lived with a broken toilet and shower, maintenance work order being submitted don't mean anything. Finally got frustrated enough to tell the slum lord I was calling the Better Business Bureau, because I told her that she tells every one that I made a threat and my lease is a non renewal leaving me homeless still till this day. If I was able to leave no stars I would. We've had an active leak since Saturday at 2am. No technician came Saturday. Now, the bathroom leak has entered the hallway light fixture & there's pockets on water on the bathroom wall & in the ceiling of the hall way. After hours maintenance has been called several times. No one is taking us seriously. Do not move here! It's not worth it
Used to live here and for the most part it was okay. But the owners wrote us a long list of made up reasons as to why they didn't renew our lease. Their lies always left a bad taste in my mouth and now I see them responding to reviews like edgy teens. Y'all are real great owners
Manager and residents are very nice people . Placeis getting cleaned up and making a nice place to live
I was not impressed. Move-in ready apartment I looked in had roaches, a cracked window, a busted countertop, and a cracked door jamb. While I was there I looked out the window and saw a tall skinny chick looking in the cab of my truck. She walked off when I came outside, but stopped, turnned around and stared at me till I left.
