I am super disappointed in the customer service being held by Westgate apartments I applied today to get an apartment. Their website says pet friendly but they are not they are discriminating against people who have larger size dogs. Very unprofessional
Visiting someone and the gate does not work and has not worked for over a month, to be buzzed in. The building looks run down and it’s very apparent that the property managment company (if there is even a managment company) does not care about their residents or visitors.
Dirty, roaches, management does not care about their residence. Building run down, management does nothing to keep building clean. Parking lot awful. Abandoned cars, cracks, not handicap friendly. This is a senior building.
