I just called to book an appointment and they wouldn’t release any information on what to do during the time between waiting for my cat to be seen. I means it’s fleas? I just needed some validation on what I was doing was right until the next morning. Then I was hung up on when I asked why can’t she tell me if most people use dawn soap on their cats for this issue? I would have come in, got the treatment and I was going to get her shots here but clearly they do NOT care about the animal itself or its well being.
The staff where very nice and listened to us when we finally decided to put our cat to sleep and the process was stress free and was not rushed when saying our goodbyes. And we just received a beautiful bouquet of flowers today which was very thoughtful. Thanks so much
