I have to say this clinic is absolutely amazing. I unfortunately had to put my beautiful lil boy cat to rest , who was my best friend for 16 years. Marissa and Dr Harnoor we're soft, kind and extremely caring. They took their time to make sure that I was comfortable to let him go, they gave me all the time that I needed before during and after. Been coming here since my cats (almost 8) were about a year old for nail trims and the odd appointment. Went in a couple of months ago to get Dexter’s dandruff addressed. They gave me an affordable anti fungal mousse and his dandruff is gone!

We booked an appointment in advance and clearly outlined the exact procedures we needed done. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the experience did not match expectations. While the staff member we dealt with was polite, the process was presented as significantly more complicated and more expensive than what had been communicated or anticipated beforehand.
