I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with Westgate Animal Hospital. The entire team is incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable, and they’ve taken such great care of my dog, Frodo. Dr. Ranote and the team at Westgate Animal Hospital treated our little R.T. with care and compassion over the past month as he fell ill with his Liver and Kidney's failing our poor little boy. They tried everything along with us, trying to restart his functions but alas his little body could not recover and we were going to have to make the decision all pet parents dread making. Forgot to leave a review, my Boston was attacked a few weeks ago by a PB and thankfully they were able to take us last minute and look at my baby. He healed up very well and the receptionist was kind enough check in with his healing as well. Thank you from Louie and I.
I usually don’t write reviews and tend to let things go, but this situation involved my cat’s health so it really matters to me. Any pet owner knows how stressful it is when something is wrong with their animal. Unfortunately, my experience at this hospital felt very focused on money rather than actually helping. I explained my cat’s concerning symptoms, and the doctor said they weren’t sure what was wrong. I cannot thank Westgate Animal Hospital enough for taking care of my new kitten. I brought her in feeling terrified something was wrong. The staff members were amazing and super kind, especially Emily. She went above the ordinary to make me feel better. She took the time to explain everything and reassure me my kitty was in the best hands. She was incredibly helpful and informative.
