I have only had good experiences here at this Animal Hospital! I have always found the staff to be kind, compassionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable (everything you would want in a Animal Hospital when you have to bring your pet in) My boyfriend and I had to bring in our cat due to a suspected UTI -- When you Google UTI in cats it comes up as something that is quite urgent, so of course we are scrambling to try and get him in somewhere ASAP-- THANKFULLY they were able to squeeze him in between 2 appointments to get him check... read more
Kind and Caring Staff! I recently took my dog to Westgate Animal Hospital in Maple Ridge, BC for his routine anal gland emptying, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly kind, gentle, and professional from the moment we walked in. They treated my dog with such care and compassion, making sure he was comfortable throughout the entire visit. 15 years of excellent care for our dog. Never oversold on unnecessary treatments, and nothing critical missed. When it was time for our sick doggy to go, this was managed with kindness and compassion. Prices were fair, and service was excellent from reception to the vets. Thank you all. Update: we have a new puppy and needed to take him in last year (at 4 months old) due to seizures likely related to dehydration.
