The front desk staff were friendly and helpful , and they were transparent with pricing. They helped out over the phone with my cat’s concerns , and they got me a same day appointment when her conditions did not improve. Dr. Amy is kind and professional, and quickly helped get my cat the care she needed ! Thank you!!
Took my 3 Shiba Inu Puppies in for an overall exam and first shots last week. They were cleared by the vet here and went to their new homes as they were found to be healthy by Westgate. One of the owners had the puppy re-examined with their own vet and it the puppy was found to have a murmur grade 6. I'm extremely disappointed that Westgate didn't catch this and now it's left a family completely heartbroken.
Such a great neighborhood Vet, staff is stable while continuing to grow and add new providers. So kind and always amazing service for reasonable fees.
This is a great place to bring your pets. There are 4 doctors and they are very caring. They have the best price i have ever seen for animal care. They talk over all your options and inform you of all prices. The office is very clean and has no odors. We have suggested to many people to go there and have thanked us many times over. It's a great place.
