My dog has bad anxiety, but all the staff here are very good with him. We have seen the different vets, and I feel comfortable with the help we have gotten. My dog may still not want to be there and can't wait to leave, but the level care and attention he get while there makes it a bit easier to be there for him.
My dog was showing signs of a terrible infection. I called and the staff was very kind and was luckily had an opening within 45 minutes. Dr. Petersen saw and took care of my dog’s infection promptly. He also explained after care and what to watch for in the future due to the severity of the infection.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful , and they were transparent with pricing. They helped out over the phone with my cat’s concerns , and they got me a same day appointment when her conditions did not improve. Dr. Amy is kind and professional, and quickly helped get my cat the care she needed ! Thank you!!
