During my time there I experienced harassment from an unknown person(s) in the building. I called to tell them about it and they called me back just brushing it off. I called them again to elaborate further, telling them that everything would've been caught on the hallway cameras, and they completely ignored me. The cameras in the halls are not for your protection, they're to cover their own butts. There was also refurbishments being done in all of the units. The entire process of getting my unit has been so easy, I am excited to move in 😊🎉 i definitely reccomend these apartments!!
I absolutely love living here. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Also, the maintenance team is very responsive compared to other places I’ve lived. Overall, I’d recommend Westgate at Element Communities to anyone who’s looking for a place to live. Especially if you want to be close to campus!
