I had my new patient appointment at Westford Primary and was so relieved with the care I received. Everyone was polite on the phone and in person! The portal used for medical information is clear and easy to access. My doctor was thoughtful, kind and clearly keeps up with continuing education. Nothing but positive experiences! Staff cares and really listen to what’s going on. It’s nice to have a doctor and care team that is focused on the issues you are bringing to them. What I like the most is they educate you and ultimately give you choices on how to proceed with your care without pressure or judgement. I highly recommend.
