Reception could not help me simply set an appointment. Wow. Is it because my race or gender? Or my voice tone? Regardless, it's unprofessional behavior by international standards.
My experience at Westford Primary Care is wonderful, both during first-day patient and follow ups. It is a very clean facility. Staff and doctors are friendly and very polite and willing to help their patients. They are very knowledgeable and understanding about each patient. Wait time is very quick! The patient portal is easy to access as well. I highly recommend going here.
Dr Vajihi and his team are amazing. I’ve been coming here since they first opened about 2 years ago and I’ve had a great experience since. My first PCP since pediatrics I’d just been going to urgent care procrastinating getting a PCP. Well the people at westford primary care made it really easy to get started and make sure I’m getting regular checkups. I was only part of this practice for a short time due to a change in my health insurance, which unfortunately they did not accept. During my time there, I had very positive experiences with both providers I saw. Dr. Kodali was kind, professional, and supportive when I found out I was pregnant, which meant a lot to me. I also saw Dr. Vijihi, who was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The staff is very pleasant , after 18 months , I never saw a doctor, only a nurse, I feel they are trying too hard to sell me medication!
