Dr. Ross is the BEST. Very caring and compassionate. Made me super comfortable. He and his staff walked me through the process, from insurance verification though the procedure. I would and do highly recommend Dr. Ross.
Decent selection of clothes and home goods at pretty good prices, but the store can get a bit messy at times, making it hard to find what you're looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful, which definitely adds to the shopping experience. Overall, it's a hit or miss, but I’ve found some great deals here.
I needed to have a root canal just prior to surgery. I was in pain and full of anxiety, and Dr. Ross and his staff made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything, I can speak as a person with a disability that Dr. Ross Is someone who approaches what he does with lots of care and compassion. Him and his staff will take good care of you. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. Thank you, Dr. Ross!!
I had a great experience with Westford Endodontic Care. I’ve had a root canal before, and this was such a better experience in every way. I honestly didn’t think a root canal could be painless, but Dr. Ross and his team made it happen. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional. I just had a root canal done here. Dr. Ross is great; I've had a number of root canals done before, and this was the best experience I've had. Aside from having what seems like very comprehensive technology at his disposal, it's just a pleasure to have something done by someone who is enthusiastic about his work, which Dr. Ross clearly is. He also spent time to make clear exactly what was being done and why it had to be done. I'm not sure everyone wants that, but I appreciated it. I would absolutely recommend him.
