OMG! I cannot begin to say how professional, polite and genuinely supportive Felicia and Kathy were to me and my family. If I could give these women 10 stars I would. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I absolutely love my new home! Thank you guys so much for welcoming me and my family into this beautiful community! We absolutely love it here!
Felicia is great she is such amazing person and goes above and beyond great customer service we will be moving in at the end of this month and I can't wait to enjoy my new home with Westfield townhomes
Ms Felicia was so great I got approved on a Sunday she wasn’t even working but still reached out , move in was great and fast she was very helpful
We’ve been at Westfield Townhomes since February and so far so good. Our experience with Ms Felicia has been great. She very personable and we enjoy our encounters with her. We looked at a few places before deciding to go with Westfield and Ms Felicia played a part in that decision. I truly hope she stays around. We’ve had some issues and had to submit maintenance request and Rommel Preux responded in a timely manner and always got our issues taken care of. Ms Felicia and ms Catherine were beyond amazing very nice and very helpful and gets anything you may have a problem with done!!I had a great time full of joy and laughter with them both. Community is very clean and beautiful I signed my lease and can’t wait to enjoy this new community!!! I highly recommend anyone to please check them out!!!
