I LOVE VALLEY FAIR, MY MALL FOR THE PAST MANY DECADES. I have been patronizing here since the 1980's when I Magnin and Emporium Capwell were there. Was happy to see it slowly blooming with the growth of Silicon Valley. I could not wait for the completion in 2019 to make Our Westfield Valley Fair Mall one of the top ones in the country. Proud of America and The Bay Area/ Silicon Valley.

Today I had the honor of watching two dogs poop on the floor. The first person tried to clean it up but there was still poop The second person I did not walk over to where the dog pooped, but I did see him clean it up I have been told that dogs need to be carried or in a carrier unless they are service dogs. Today I was told dogs are welcomed. Do I really need to worry about dog poop in the mall.
Don't even consider if you don't have a rather high income. Stores bias that way heavily. For something that should be so nice it is dumpy looking because of the remodel. No Christmas decorations anywhere. If you need Santa you will have to look for him in a vacant store. Very sad place right now!
The website said your open at 5 a.m., I called the 4 stores I had to go I to and was told they opened at 6 am...NOT TRUE!!! OPEN AT 7, HAD TO WAIT FOR AND HOUR AND 20 MINUTES FOR STORES EXVEPT MACY'S TO OPEN. People are ride and Old Navy has a bunch of 1st gradders who know nothing other than how to spell their names...now I know why I don't do black Friday shopping and your mall is cold and ugly. Dark. Very dark. Supposedly, the remodel.wont be completed until 2019. I truly recommend the engineers rethink the temporary fluorescent lighting. They need to install brighter but warmer lights so we can see what we are buying. I have come to Valley Fair since the early 1990's and while all of us are reasonable customers, it doesn't make sense to start this huge remodel right before Christmas.
