I cant stress enough about how bad the city is at answering their phones. That and not to mention the voicemail box they have isn't setup so not sure if my voicemail will even be heard. I have called 3 times to try and setup autopay for my sewer and trash bill because it doesn't seem possible to do it online. I just cant imagine the phones being so busy no one can ever answer. Who knows, maybe I'm wrong.
